How do you get to the warehouse pickup location? Here's a map of where it is located:



. As you can see, the warehouse is located at an easy to get to location, just off the highway by the Yorkdale/Dufferin exit. If you are traveling by car you will find it quite easy to find the warehouse since it is so close to the major artery of Toronto's traffic system - the 401.

Yorkdale Mall is a landmark in Toronto and we are 5 minutes away by car and 10 by public transport,
I would not recommend walking
The TTC buses 47B and 47C from Yorkdale,  and north from Caledonia and Lawrence  W. stop 90 seconds from our door at the Tim Hortons. ( we are on the West side of Caledonia along Bentworth where the bus stops)

All orders can be picked up, please advise us at time of order,  We do carry some stock on hand , we prefer to make the orders as they come in though.

The most frequent question we are asked is: how much shipping does it cost to my location? For those that are technically inclined, we developed an intuitive instant quote system that calculates shipping to any location in Canada. If you fill in your postal code in the blue box (either the big one at the top or the small one in the middle on the right) the program will now calculate the shipping cost to your specific postal code. Now, when you enter the quantities you want in any of the other boxes, the shipping cost will update automatically in the big blue box entitled "Your Order Summary". It will calculate the precise costs as well as the number of boxes it will take to ship your order to you. Roughly speaking, 25 pounds of merchandise will fit into a box. That means approximately 25 18" x 18" or 20 20" x 20" forms.

For a basic guideline, here's a quick rundown of what costs you can expect to major metropolitan areas for quantities of two boxes or more:

Toronto: $10.58/box

Montreal: $11.95/box

Winnipeg: $13.58/box

Calgary/Edmonton: $16.70/box

Vancouver: $18.98/box

Single carton shipments are slightly higher

What size pillow insert to order for your decorator cushion

The most common question asked is " If my cushion is say 18" x 18" what size pillow insert do I buy? " Now that we have an online chat button on our nussopillows.com we are asked that question more than once a day.

The simple answer is , it is a matter of personal taste. For a 18" x 18" decorator cushion 18" x 18" pillow insert or 20" x 20" insert pillow form will work.

Basically its the look you want to accomplish. You want to make sure the corners are nicely filled and if the cushion on the chair, sofa or love seat is being used for support a plump polyester look will not be comfortable.

 I would recommend a down feather insert either 18" x 18" or 20" x 20" again depends on the manufacturers.

When measuring make sure measurements are seam to seam, measured across the middle.

I want to stress again it is a matter of personal taste. ask your decorator to bring a sample of  various sizes and try them out. You will then have made a decision you will never have second thoughts about.   We  encourage our decorator or designer clients to bring in their customers cushions and try out the various sizes to make sure everybody is happy

What's the difference between pillow forms and cushion inserts

I often get asked what the difference is between a cushion insert and a pillow form. On our website we list both, which sometimes causes confusion to potential customer who are unsure what to purchase. The simple answer is that they are exactly the same thing - i.e. they are synonyms.

The reason we list both is that peope seem to know either one term or the other so we want to make sure that potential customers know what product we are selling. Other variations include cushion forms and pillow inserts, again all amounting to the same product.
